The service
evlogr logs and visualises data from your electric vehicle using Tesla’s official Fleet API. By connecting your car you authorise evlogr to read the data covered by the permissions you grant.
Your account
You are responsible for the Tesla account you connect and for keeping access to it secure. You must be the owner or an authorised user of the vehicle you connect, and at least 18 years old.
Acceptable use
Don’t use evlogr to access vehicles you aren’t authorised to, to break the law, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Data accuracy
Figures such as distances, costs and efficiency are estimates derived from periodic samples and the prices you configure. They are for information only and may not match your utility bill or the vehicle exactly.
Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Because the service is delivered digitally and continuously, payments already made are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We’ll give notice before any price change, which takes effect at your next renewal.
Promo codes & referrals
Promotional codes and referral rewards have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and apply only to eligible plans as described at the time. A referral reward (a free month for you and the friend you invite) is granted only when the invited person is a genuinely new user who starts a paid plan; one reward per new customer. We may withhold or reverse rewards and codes we reasonably believe are obtained through abuse, self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, and we may change or end these programs at any time.
Availability & changes
We aim for a reliable service but provide it “as is”, without warranties. Features may change, and access depends on Tesla’s API remaining available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Cancellation
You can disconnect your vehicle or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
